ABERDAM is a cult-followed, premium fast-food brand redefining what QSR means.
Founded in 2021, ABERDAM was built with a simple obsession: do fewer things, but do them better than anyone else. Inspired by the raw, unapologetic energy of the Amsterdam street food scene, and reworked through our own Scottish perspective, we focus on two things done properly: Dutch-style fries and Aberdeen Angus smash burgers.

We don’t charge a % fee like other operators we charge a flat monthly fee allowing you to keep most of the profits.

Area Exclusivity (3-Mile Radius):
Each approved partner is granted exclusive rights within a 3-mile radius, meaning no other brand partner will operate in that area.
